Brad & Carla Custis have served at Church On The Horizon since 2014.  Married in 2010 and have 4 wonderful children. Ordained in 2020 as lead pastors of Church On The Horizon. Passionate about connecting with local leaders to accomplish Gods plan for Van Wert and surrounding area to partnering with global missions organizations.

Dan & Patty Custis were one of four original founding members in 1999. Through that time they have been faithful to serve the vision God has placed in their hearts to see God make an impact in Van Wert. Married in 1974.  Have 3 children and  7 grandchildren.

Doug & Tina Johnson have faithfully served Church On The Horizon family since 2009. Married in 1990, Have 3 wonderful children, 6 grandchildren.

Randy & Patty Yewey have attended Church On The Horizon since 2018. Married in 1977, Have 2 wonderful children and 3 grandchildren.
